  • Valid vehicle registration

  • Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle title (all owners need to be present)

If vehicle is financed or leased:

  • Valid and current vehicle registration.
  • Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle registration.
  • We will require a social security number or account number to obtain a 15 day payoff from your lender.
  • Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle
  • All owners listed on loan/lease need to be present.

Virtual Appointment please share the following pictures:

  • Driver's license (front and back)
  • Odometer
  • Title (front and back)
  • Registration
  • Bank-certified check for negative equity (front and back)
